TD65 Tower

The Eurotruss TD65 Tower System is the latest and most capable addition to the Eurotruss tower family, engineered to reach new heights and handle heavy loads with confidence.

Building on the proven success of the TD35 and TD44, the TD65 delivers lifting capability of up to 20 metres with a maximum load capacity of 8,000kg — purpose-built for the most demanding large-scale productions, touring rigs, and permanent installations.

Top Section & Sleeve Blocks

The TOP65-2X2-ST is a 2-ton double chain hoist Top Part, equipped with four heavy-duty wheels for exceptional load-bearing capabilities.

The steel sleeve block is ingeniously engineered to accommodate bolted receivers, providing secure connections to the truss from all four sides.

Within the sleeve block, integrated pick-up points are seamlessly integrated, and a designated space is reserved for the secure placement of the fixation pin.

This ensures a sturdy and reliable attachment when dead hanging the sleeve block onto the tower system.

Base section in scaffolding

Integrate the TD65 Tower seamlessly into your scaffolding with the Ballas Safe System.

This system features two gates with scaffolding stands, bridges, and a connection cross-section for secure and convenient assembly.

Ballast safe

The Ballast Safe is a fully integrated base for a stage and gives the benefit of reducing the total required ballast by utilizing the self-weight of the under-construction (scaff + decks).

The support beams of the Ballast Safe are equipped with steel wedge heads to attach guy wires.

The Ballast Safe allows for setting up towers and roofs on a flat and levelled surface, which saves a lot of time.

Assembly

The TD65 tower lacks a Tower Erection System, requiring all components to be hoisted into position using external cranes or lifting machinery during construction of the tower system.
